As a resident of East York and The Beach for the last 14 years, I have had the fortunate opportunity of watching the community flourish, while enjoying the wonderful shops, restaurants, parks, and other great features of neighbouring Riverdale and Leslieville.  I love living in this area for all of its resources and charms, and its many delightful styles of homes.
